MSSRF Biju Patnaik Tribal Agro-Biodiversity Centre participated in Krushimela

The Department of Agriculture in Nayagarh recently organised a district level Krushimela (agriculture mechanisation fair), and MSSRF – BPTAbC participated, showcasing diversified traditional landraces of millet, pulses and paddy along with other vital agricultural inputs from February 12 to 15.

The event offered an excellent opportunity for the farming communities to explore and learn about advanced farming technologies and machineries for sustainable farming. Visitors to the BPTAbC stall had the chance to see traditional millet and paddy landraces, while also gaining insights into innovative farming practices.
