Meher Gadekar has a 39-year career spanning diverse sectors, including corporate, international development organizations, state-level cooperatives, and academic institutions. He has held notable leadership roles, including the Head-CSR at Sterlite Technologies and Director of the Social Audit Unit for the Government of Chhattisgarh, managing over 400 staff and has supervised social audits across 10,000 villages under MGNREGA with the central government. He is proficient in Log-Frame Analyses, Project Cycle Management, and PRA. He is multi-lingual with fluency in English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Marathi.
