Meera is an M&E Expert with over thirty years of experience in the development sector.  She has worked with the government, NGOs (National and International) and corporate entities, in arenas including M&E, Gender, Program Management and has been a grant maker, across many states including Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Odisha and Bihar. Her thematic areas of work cover Rural Livelihoods’ Nutrition, Land rights, Disaster Response, and Gender inclusive urban planning. Meera holds an undergraduate degree in Agriculture from the then Andhra Pradesh Agriculture University, Hyderabad (now called Acharaya N G Ranga Agriculture University) and a Masters in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
