151 farmers benefit from groundnut foundation seed support

The Biju Patnaik Tribal Agro-biodiversity Centre at Jeypore, supported 73 quintals of groundnut foundation seed for151 farmers in Boipariguda block, Odisha, during a programme organised on January 27. This is a part of the Alternative Seed System Model project undertaken in collaboration with Department of Agriculture and Farmers’ Empowerment, Government of Odisha. This initiative aims to support farmers by facilitating access to high-quality groundnut seeds at affordable price within their villages.
