The DBT-funded National Network Project (NNP), which includes a component led by the M.S. Swaminathan Research Foundation (MSSRF), is focused on investigating the Root System Architecture (RSA) of coastal rice landraces under salinity stress. This research integrates root imaging, anatomical analyses, and physiological assessments, with the aim of contributing to the development of a comprehensive RSA database.
